Motion to ban all superfolous information

I, David Ratner, am motioning to petition all unnecessary and irrelevant news topics posted hereon theratnergazette.blogspot.com.I have been forced to fall back upon parliamentary procedures in dealing with issue in a timely manner. The Ratner Gazette has been around since June 2006 and has since been polluted with constant superfluous topics. Such topics have included banned books and pictures of snakes eating sheep. I therefore am motioning the following:

I. All users to post topics not related to a Ratner, must be accompanied by either (1) a comment describing relevance or (2) reasoning for post, unless completly obvious.

II. Items can be deemed relevant by relating them to any way a current Ratner reporter lifestyles. Such topics include common shows, video gaming, computers, rock climbing, stock trading, law, cooking, foreign travel, and last but not least yelling.

III. This motion is amendable by any reporter with a 2/3 majority vote of all eligible reporters. In addition, if 2/3 vote is achieved in favor of this motion then the aforementioned items will take effect as early as October 1, 2006.

IV. Eligible reporter is defined as anyone who has posted at least one (1) time in the past month.

ALL THOSE IN FAVOR SAY I OR NEIGH IN THE COMMENTS SECTION.
