Although yesterday was her actual birthday and the 17th anniversary of Iraq invading Kuwait, a precursor to the first Iraq war, I was too busy getting ready for Haley's birthday party to blog.
Happy 17th!! Not very many would rock both a tiara and a "kiss me it's my birthday" button and look so cute.
